Manitoulin Island: Kagawong Falls (Bridal Veil Falls) and High Falls

Kagawong falls are a beautiful set of falls just off Hwy 540 on Manitoulin Island. 

From the 540 drive about 400 meters North on Main street to the parking lot. I took the blue trail which is the shortest trail to the falls. The trail is very wide and easy to follow. It follows the river. When I got to the waterfall I got to watch two large salmon swim around in the pool which was super cool.

High Falls are location at 45.800203, -81.853284 off of highway 6. On your way there I highly recommend you stop at Ten Mile Point.
