Rotary & the Algonquin Regiment Fitness Trail: The Fitness Trail is a flat 3.2 km trail that starts at the new salt docks and ends at Champagne St. The Fitness trail runs through the town of Parry Sound. It is very popular for all ages for all activities. In the winter you can cross country ski, snowshoe, snowmobile and walk/run. In the summer it’s great for jogging, walking, biking and is wheel chair accessible.

North Shore Rugged Hiking Trail: The rugged trail is a 3.2 km point to point trail that runs along the coast of the Big Sound. Just follow the coast, there are a few blue markers but they are quite hard to find. In the summer this trail brings you to several beaches if you wish to avoid the crowds at Waubuno Beach.
